Order Processing:

Please allow 2-4 working days for order processing. You will receive an email containing an online Invoice and Shipment details along with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped from our fulfilment centre or roastery.

1. I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?
If you haven't received the order confirmation email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you don't find the email in spam or trash box, do not hesitate to call us +91 9699553935 or email us at coffico@jewelaromantic.in and one of our expert will get in touch with you as soon as possible.


2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can Track hereand see all your orders


3. Can my order be modified after it has been placed?
Yes. To modify your order, you can send us an email to coffico@jewelaromantic.in and we'll get back to you as soon as we can along with your Order Number. However, be sure to let us know the changes before your order has been shipped. Once the products have left our fulfillment center / roastery, we'll not be able to modify the order.


4. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order or subscription, please send us an email to coffico@jewelaromantic.in with your complete order details with feedback or reason for cancellation and we'll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the order have been dispatched from our fulfillment center / roastery. You will get an email confirmation once the order or subscription is cancelled.


5. Is it necessary to have an account to buy?
No. You can make the purchase using the Guest Account option. All you need is a valid e-mail id and Mobile number so that we can mail and ship your order. Your mobile number can be used by delivery boy during delivery of your shipment to trace the address and your availability to receive the shipment. But we highly recommend that you Login by creating your account because you'll be be able to check out much faster the next time, see personalized recommendations, special discount vouchers, receive notifications from us about our new products, recipes, festive deals and offers.


6. I can't remember my password. What do I do?
To recover your password, go to Login Icon and click on Forgot Password Link and enter your email id. This should send you an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the procedure in the email and you should be done in a couple of minutes.

Goods & Service Tax (GST):

The Centre & State government Tax department requires that we collect GST (Goods and Service Tax) w.e.f. 1st July, 2017  for all the items purchased from our online web store http://www.jewelaromantic.in and shipped from our Roastery unit. You will receive a legitimate Original Tax Invoice copy in physical form for every purchase made online from our web store http://www.jewelaromantic.in
The current Tax Slab varies from item to item. All Roasted coffee shall be Taxed @5%, Coffee Makers from 18% to 28%. Please check the GST while you check out. All the prices shown on our web store are excluding GST and applicable GST shall be added in your cart while you check out. Please note that Shipping charge now attracts 18% GST.

 

 

Shipping Services:

When you add an item to cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of  package weight and mode of shipping. Most of our items ships free. You can check on the respective product page under Shipping Services Tab or check on on Check out page after adding an item to cart. Shipping weights are in multiples of 500g. Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center / roastery. To cancel your order, send us an email  coffico@jewelaromantic.in with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
Our current shipping partners for Metro, Urban and Rural India destinations are Fedex, DTDC Couriers, FirstFlight Couriers, Overnite Express and for remote Indian destinations being served by India Post. Please note that our delivery partners, does not deliver our webstore orders on Sundays and on National Holidays or on Festival Holidays.
You can change the address of your order by sending us an email coffico@jewelaromantic.in and we'll do it right away. Be sure to change your address before our confirmation email lands in your inbox containing online invoce and Tracking number of the shippment. Once it's despatched it won't be possible to change the delivery address.
We are offering Shipping Services to you as an aggregate services wherein you have the option to choose Shipper from the available drop down options (This feature is coming soon). Based on your location and your preeferences you can choose your shipper.

Return Policy:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase (unused Coffee Makers and accessories) in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to our web store and  they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Marketplace retailer directly. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not www.jewelaromantic.in directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
